Ingredients:
A handful of dried Agrocybe cylindracea
A squid
A green and red pepper
Minced ginger, chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper powder
Steps:
1. Rinse the squid, cut it into slices.
2. In a skillet, add moderate water and bring it into a boil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and moderate cooking wine, then go bleaching of squid slices till curly.
3. Heat the skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced ginger, chopped onion and fry until fragrant.
4. Let Agrocybe cylindracea join in, season with moderate light soy sauce and cooking wine, frying on high flame for 5 minutes.
5. Combine with squid slices, green and red pepper slices.
6. Spread a pinch of white pepper powder and whisk evenly. Enjoy.
