Ingredients:
A handful of dried Black fungi
1 green pepper
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Oil, salt, oyster sauce, chicken powder
Procedures: 
1. Soak Black fungi in warm water till soft, then remove the stem, rinse and set them aside.
2. Rinse the green pepper and cut it into chunks.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then combine with green pepper chunks, Black fungi and fry on high flame.
4. Lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt, chicken powder, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce and turn off the heat. Enjoy.
