Recipe to go well with rice: fried mushrooms with peas

Ingredients:
1 King oyster mushroom
50g Shiitakes
100g Pleurotus nebrodensis
150g peas
Condiments: 
30ml light soy sauce
15g oyster sauce
30ml salad oil
3g minced garlic 
2g black pepper powder
1.2g salt
Cooking method:
1. Rinse the King oyster mushroom, Shiitakes, Pleurotus nebrodensis, respectively cut them into strips or slices. Wash peas and set them aside.
2. Blanch peas to 80% well-done, sprinkle with a few drops of salad oil and a dash of salt, then spoon out and remove them into a bowl of cold water for later use.
3. Heat the pot, drizzle with moderate oil, add minced garlic and fry till fragrant.
4. drop in King oyster mushroom stripes, Shiitake stripes, Pleurotus nebrodensis stripes and fry for a while.
5. Season with moderate soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder and stir evenly.
6. Let peas join in and lightly season with a dash of salt. Serve.
