Sauted Pleurotus nebrodensis with Shiitake and snow beans

Ingredients: 
1 Pleurotus nebrodensis
2 Shiitakes
Moderate soaked medlar
A handful of snow beans
Minced ginger
1-2 bowls of Soup stock
Condiments: Salt, starch and oil
Steps:
1. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis and then thinly cut it into slices.
2. Remove the fibre of snow beans, bleach and then set them aside.
3. Fully soak Shiitakes in warm water till soft, then cut them into chunks.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced ginger and fry till fragrant, then add Pleurotus nebrodensis slices, Shiitake chunks and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in a bowl of soup stock, add medlar and adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt.
6. Finally thicken the dish with the mixture of starch and water. Enjoy.
