Ingredients:
9 Fresh Shiitakes
Moderate minced garlic and red pepper
Condiments: Oil, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, cumin
Cooking method:
1. Get rid of stem of Shiitakes, rinse and then remove excessive moisture.
2. Sprinkle with a dash of salt on Shiitakes and then bake for 5 minutes or so under 180 degrees C.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, then drop in minced garlic, red pepper and fry on high flame, after that, season with a pinch of sugar and light soy sauce, turn off the heat, combine with cumin and sesame oil.
4. Top Shiitakes with the prepared flavour, and bake for another 6-8 minutes under 190 degrees C.
