Now, 500,000 segments of Black fungi are evolving into picking stage in Xinghua Village, Tsitsihar, Heilongjiang Province of China.
Black fungus is a kind of nutrient-rich edible mushroom and gains popularity especially in northeast of China, it is also one of China’s traditional health-care foods and export commodities. A few years ago, by virtues of unique geographic and climatic advantages, Xinghua Village introduced Black fungus project, in every May, fungus segments are arranged in the field, three flushes could be realized per year, annual output comes to over 15,000 kg, with the market price of 80 CNY per kg, gross sales revenue obtains above 1 million CNY.
