Ingredients:
20g dried White fungi
20g dried lilies
60g shrimp meats
Condiments: Salt, sugar, chicken powder, white vinegar, cooking wine, pepper powder, starch, chopped onion
Steps:
1. Soak White fungi and lilies in warm water for 3 hours till soft, then remove the stem and then tear them into clumps and go blanching.
2. Pickle shrimp meats with moderate cooking wine, starch, pepper powder for 10 minutes or so.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in White fungus clumps, lilies and fry for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle with a dash of salt, sugar, chicken powder and vinegar, combine with shrimp meats and fry till cooked.
4. Thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Before enjoying, sprinkle with moderate chopped onion.
