Simple but nutritional combination: Black fungus gruel with spinach

Ingredients: 
100g rice 
A bundle of spinach and a handful of Black fungi
Condiments: Pepper powder, salt
Cooking method:
1. Rinse the bundle of spinach, remove the root and then cut into segments.
2. Soak Black fungi in warm water ahead of time, then tear them into clumps or remain the whole body.
3. In a skillet with moderate water, drop in rice and cook till gruel is done, then combine with spinach segments, Black fungus clumps and go on for 10 minutes or so on gentle heat.
4. Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper powder and salt.
