Transformation of mushroom industry indicates a well-off tomorrow

Nanjing City, Fujian Province of China is long-history and large-scale on aspect of mushroom production, over five years, local mushroom production has been gradually transformed from artificial production to mechanized and automatic mode. 
According to statistics, at present, Nanjing County owns 380 million bags (bottles) of mushroom, total area comes to 800,000 square meters and annual mushroom output obtains 130,000 tons. And gross output value reaches 860 million CNY, which accounts for 14% of Fujian Province.
In Jiatian Agricultural Development Co., LTD, automatic equipment could be applied in cultivation step such as bottling, inoculation and transportation, which saves big labor costs.
“During the inoculation, an automatic equipment facilitates sparing 100 workers,” said Mr. Yang, the general manager of Jiatian Company.
For recent 5 years, under the condition of fierce industrial competition, Jiatian Company has successively input over 30 million CNY on automatic equipment which contributes to enhancement of output, efficiency and cost reduction. Now, the company has reached 30 tons of daily mushroom output and export volume obtains 60%.
In recent years, mechanized production equipment has been widely applied to mushroom production in Nanjing County, industrialized mode has been mostly shown from fermentation, inoculation to spawn running and fruiting management. Mechanization rate reaches nearly 70%, which sits in China’s leading level.
