Ingredients:
1 King oyster mushroom
2 eggs
Chopped celery leaves
Condiments: Salt, oil, black pepper powder, starch
Steps:
1. Rinse the King oyster mushroom and then roughly cut it into dices.
2. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in King oyster mushroom dices and fry for 3 minutes or so, then season with a pinch of black pepper powder, salt and remove them out of the pot and into a vessel.
3. Break 2 eggs in the vessel, combine with moderate starch, celery leaves and whisk well.
4. Heat the skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, pour in the prepared paste and cook on medium heat till both sides become golden. Serve and enjoy.
