Ingredients:
A handful of Black fungi and Pleurotus geesteranus
Moderate minced caraway
Auxiliary ingredients: Seafood powder, oil, soup stock
Steps:
1. Rinse Pleurotus geesteranus, then drain off excessive moisture and set them aside.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Black fungi, then set them aside.
3. In a stockpot, firstly dump with moderate soup stock and then combine with several bowls of water and bring it into a boil.
4. Add Pleurotus geesteranus and Black fungi, sprinkle with moderate oil and seafood powder and stew for 30-40 minutes on gentle heat.
Finally garnish with minced caraway. Enjoy.
