Ingredients:
2 Drumstick mushrooms
1 Green pepper
Moderate minced shallots
Condiments: Vinegar and salt
Cooking instructions:
1. Rinse the green pepper and then cut it into slices.
2. Thinly cut Drumstick mushrooms into slices, give it a quick-boil, then spoon out and keep them aside.
3. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, drop in minced shallot and fry till fragrant, then combine with Drumstick mushroom slices and go on for 2 minutes or so.
4. Season with a dash of salt and vinegar, serve immediately on warm plate.
