Enoki mushroom soup with Black fungus and tofu

Ingredients:
100g Enoki mushrooms
500g tofu chunks
A handful of Black fungi
Moderate ginger slices
Chopped onion
A pinch of salt
Steps:
1. Firstly remove the stem of Enoki mushroom, then break the body into clumps and rinse.
2. Soak Black fungi in cold water ahead of time, then get rid of the bottom portion and set them aside.
3. In a stockpot, pour in 1.5 litre of water, then drop in all ingredients and bring into a boil, after that, lower to soft heat and continue for another 30 minutes or so.
4. Before serving, sprinkle with moderate chopped green onion, ginger slices and season with a dash of salt. Enjoy the warm soup in your leisure dinner time.
