Mushroom cultivation leads masses to become well-to-do

On March of 2017, Oyster mushroom cultivation was introduced to cooperative of Ma’an Mountain Community, Guizhou Province of China, according to know, oyster mushroom cultivation is hailed as the prosperous industry which holds short cultivation period, superior and stable output and could be accepted by masses.
Now, the cooperative cultivates 100,000 mushroom sticks, daily output on fresh Oyster mushroom comes to 400 kg while over 20 poor households have been provided with jobs.
In addition to routine mushroom works, the cooperative also engages in production of deep processing mushroom products, till now, Spicy Mushroom Slices, Wild Chicken and Mushroom Slices, Mushroom Oil and other ready-to-eat products have been developed, which gains customers’ popularity.
