Ingredients:
500g Fresh Oyster mushrooms
A head of garlic
Moderate onion segments
Condiments: Cooking wine, salt, starch, chicken powder, pepper powder
Steps:
1. Rinse Oyster mushrooms, tear them into slices and then bleach.
2. Cut garlic into slices and then set them aside.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant, then season with moderate cooking wine and soy sauce, sprinkle with a dash of chicken powder and dump with moderate water.
