Stir-fried Drumstick mushroom with pig tripe and pepper

Ingredients:
250g Drumstick mushrooms
100g pig tripe slices
A red and green pepper
Condiments: Oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, bruised ginger
Steps: 
1. Rinse Drumstick mushrooms and then cut them into slices.
2. Rinse the red and green pepper and then roughly cut them into slices.
3. In a steamer, add pig tripe slices and steam on fierce heat for 5 minutes or so, then remove them out for cooling, after that, roughly cut them into slices.
4. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in bruised ginger, minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then drop in Drumstick mushroom slices, pig tripe slices, red and green pepper slices and fry for 5-7 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt and sugar, then sprinkle with moderate soy sauce. Enjoy.
