Ingredients:
300g Shiitakes
A green pepper
Auxiliary ingredients: Salt, chicken powder, oil
Steps:
1. Rinse Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then set them aside.
2. Rinse the green pepper and then cut it into chunks.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shiitakes and fry on fierce flame, then combine with green pepper chunks and go on for 5 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
