Shuangyashan City sets example to development of mushroom industry

In accordance with local regional position, climatic condition and natural resource endowments, agricultural department of Shuangyashan City established 7 vegetable & mushroom innovation development models, comprehensively promoted integrative development of mushroom industry to go from production mode to production & marketing mode. 
This year, Shuangyashan City holds 3273 mu of mushroom area, increased 1723 mu compared with a year earlier. Besides, 1587 greenhouses have been established and the anticipated gross output value could reach 143 million CNY. Mushroom varieties include Shiitake, Flower mushroom, Black fungus, Selenium- enriched Black fungus, Nameko and others, products are mainly sold to Harbin City, Beijing City, Shandong Province, Zhejiang Province and other major regions in China.
