Ingredients:
A handful of Oyster mushrooms
egg, flour and pepper salt powder
Steps:
1. Rinse Oyster mushrooms, tear them into stripes and then keep them aside.
2. Prepare the paste: In a bowl, combine with moderate flour, egg and whisk well.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, then wrap Oyster mushroom stripes with the paste and fry till golden.
4. Sprinkle with a dash of pepper salt powder. Serve and enjoy.
