Ingredients:
2 Monkey head mushrooms
1 egg
Auxiliary ingredients: Oil, soy sauce, flour, pepper powder, salt
Steps:
1. Remove the stem of Monkey head mushrooms, rinse and cut them into chunks, then go blanching and set them aside.
