Need to prepare:
2 King oyster mushrooms
2 Button mushrooms
A handful of Seafood mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms and Black fungi
A green and red pepper
Chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, oil
Let’s start:
1. Firstly rinse all the ingredients and set them aside.
2. Cut Button mushrooms, King oyster mushrooms into slices.
3. Remove the bottom portion of Black fungi and then cut them into slices.
4. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and then break them into clumps. Roughly cut green and red pepper into slices.
5. Bleach all the ingredients and then keep them aside for later use.
6. In a skillet, dump with a little oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then add Seafood mushrooms, Enoki mushroom clumps, Black fungus slices, Button mushroom slices, King oyster mushroom slices and colorful pepper slices in sequence, frying on fierce heat till well-done.
7. Season the dish with moderate light soy sauce, oyster sauce and a dash of salt. Serve and enjoy.
