Ingredients:
150g okra
2 King oyster mushrooms
Steps: Salt, oil
Cooking steps:
1. Rinse King oyster mushrooms, then cut them into slices.
2. Rinse okras, then let them sit in saline water for 5 minutes or so, after that, cut them into halves.
3. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, then drop in okra halves and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Combine with King oyster mushroom slices and fry on high flame for 3 minutes till cooked.
5. Season the dish with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
