Easy-to-prepare recipe: Fried Shiitake with celery

Ingredients: 
2 Shiitakes
A stick of celery
A red pepper 
Condiments: Minced garlic, sugar, oil, salt
Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Shiitakes ahead of time, remove the bottom portion and then cut them into slices.
2. Rinse the celery, get rid of fibres and then cut it into segments.
3. Rinse the red pepper and then cut it into slices.
4. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant.
5. Add Shiitake slices, celery segments, red pepper slices and fry for 2 minutes or so on high heat.
6. Season with a pinch of salt and sugar. Serve.
