Ingredients:
500g Chicken wings
A handful of Shiitakes, soaked, stem removed
Auxiliary condiments: Rock candies, salt, sugar, yellow wine, light soy sauce, ginger slices
Steps:
1. Rinse Shiitakes and then cut them into chunks.
2. Peel the apple and then cut it into chunks.
3. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, when hot, add rock candies and fry till melted and bubbly.
4. Add chicken wings, sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce and fry for 5 minutes, then drop in ginger slices, Shiitake chunks and fry on fierce flame, after that, sprinkle with moderate yellow wine.
5. Season with a dash of salt, sugar, dump with half bowl of water and bring it into a boil, after that, turn to soft flame and go on for 20 minutes or so.
6. Finally combine with apple chunks and braise till evaporated. Enjoy.
