Fried Oyster mushroom with eggs and Chinese chives

Ingredients: 
A handful of Oyster mushrooms and Chinese chives
2 eggs
Condiments: Salt, oil, chicken powder
Cooking steps: 
1. Rinse Oyster mushrooms and then tear them into stripes. Rinse Chinese chives and then cut them into segments.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, sprinkle with a dash of salt and then whisk well.
3. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, when hot, pour in egg liquid and fry till caky, then break it into chunks and remove them out of the pan.
4. Add a little oil, drop in Oyster mushroom stripes and fry on high flame, then combine with fried egg chunks and season with a pinch of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
