The absolutely divine recipe: Stir-fried Boletus

Ingredients: 
100g dried Boletus
A green and red pepper
Moderate onion segments, garlic slices and ginger slices
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce
Steps:
1. Soak Boletus in warm water, then rinse the cut them into slices. Finally bleach and set them aside.
2. Rinse the red and green pepper, then roughly cut them into slices.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, add onion segments, garlic slices, ginger slices and fry till fragrant, then drop in colorful pepper slices and fry on fierce flame.
