Ingenious combination between Black fungus and watermelon peel

Ingredients: 
A few slices of watermelon peel
A handful of Black fungi
Condiments: Salt, aginomoto, sugar
Steps:
1. Pare the green peels of watermelon and then cut them into stripes.
2. Soak Black fungus in cold water ahead of time.
3. In a skillet, drop in Black fungus and watermelon peel stripes and fry on gentle flame.
4. Season with a dash of salt and sugar, combine with half bowl of water and stir for another 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with a pinch of aginomoto. Serve and enjoy.
