Shandong Province: Quotation tendency of mushroom’s market price

According to quotation provided by Chengyang Vegetable Wholesale Market in Qingdao City, Shandong Province of China, by September 7th, Pholiota nameko and Monkey head mushroom are 2 varieties that show price fall.
1. The price of Pholiota nameko has been dropped from 8.4 to 7.5 CNY per kg, showing 10.7% of dropping range. 
2. The price of Monkey head mushroom has been dropped from 20 to 15.5 CNY per kg, showing 22.5% of dropping range. 
On the contrary, by September 7th, Shiitake, Oyster mushroom, White beech mushroom, Button mushroom, Seafood mushroom and Pleurotus geesteranus are 6 varieties that show price rise. 
1. The price of Shiitake has been risen from 10 to 12.5 CNY per kg, indicating 25% of increase range.
2. The price of Oyster mushroom has been risen from 10 to 11 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of increase range.
3. The price of White beech mushroom has been risen from 13 to 14.5 CNY per kg, indicating 11.5% of increase range.
4. The price of Button mushroom has been risen from 13.3 to 15 CNY per kg, indicating 12.8% of increase range.
5. The price of Seafood mushroom has been risen from 9.8 to 11.5 CNY per kg, indicating 17.3% of increase range.
6. The price of Pleurotus geesteranus has been risen from 9 to 13 CNY per kg, indicating 44.4% of increase range.
Along with the arrival of peak mushroom consuming season, requirement amount of mushroom market has been increasing, which results in price rise on industrialized mushrooms. The market price of Agrocybe cylindracea shows impartial status and indicates no obvious fluctuation, now it is at a range of 8-17 CNY per kg.
