Ingredients:
A handful of Hypsizygus marmoreus
A few shrimp meats
Red and yellow pepper slices
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar, starch
Procedures;
1. Wash Hypsizygus marmoreus and then bleach and drain off excessive moisture.
2. Pickle shrimp meats with starch, a dash of salt and sugar for 10 minutes or so.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in shrimp meats, then red and yellow pepper slices and fry on fierce heat.
4. Combine with Hypsizygus marmoreus, season with a dash of salt, moderate oyster sauce and chicken powder. Serve and enjoy.
