Fried Black fungus with Nameko and diced chicken

Ingredients: 
A handful of Black fungi and Nameko.
A green and red pepper
Moderate diced chicken
Chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, starch, cooking wine.
Steps: 
1. Rinse Nameko and then cut into segments. Rinse green and red pepper and then cut them into slices.
2. Pickle diced chicken with salt, cooking wine and starch. 
3. Soak Black fungi in cold water ahead of time, then remove the bottom portion and tear them into clumps.
4. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then add diced chicken and fry till cooked.
5. Season with moderate oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken powder and mix well.
6. Combine with green, red pepper slices and Black fungus clumps, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Enjoy.
