Ingredients:
A handful of Black fungi and Enoki mushrooms
Half of cabbage, roughly sliced
Oil, salt, soup stock
Cooking method:
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, remove the bottom portion and then rinse.
2. Remove the stem of Enoki mushrooms and then break them into clumps.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in Black fungi, Enoki mushroom clumps, cabbage slices and fry on high flame.
4. Combine with moderate soup stock and finally season with a dash of salt. Serve and enjoy.
