Ingredients:
1 cabbage
5 dried Shiitakes
Minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, starch, chicken powder, soy sauce
Steps:
1. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water, then rinse and cut them into slices.
2. Rinse the cabbage and then break it into individuals.
3. In a skillet with boiling water, sprinkle with a few peanut oil and a dash of salt, then drop in cabbage individuals for bleaching.
4. In a skillet with moderate hot oil, add minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then drop in Shiitake slices and fry on fierce heat.
5. Combine with cabbage individuals, season with a dash of salt and chicken powder, finally thicken the dish with the mixture of starch and water, sprinkle with a few drops of soy sauce. Enjoy.
