Ingredients:
A handful of spinach and Enoki mushrooms
A few peanuts
Minced garlic (neglect it if you don’t like)
Salt, oil
Steps:
1. Trim spinach, then rinse and cut into segments.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Enoki mushroom, break them into clumps and then rinse.
3. Respectively bleach Enoki mushroom clumps and spinach segments, then remove them into a vessel.
4. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil and then drop in peanuts while the oil is not hot, stirring on gentle heat till fragrant.
5. In a vessel, combine with all ingredients, season with a pinch of salt and minced garlic. Serve and enjoy.
