Fantastic steamed Shiitake topped with meatballs

Ingredients:
10 Shiitakes
Minced pork
Chopped onion
Condiments: Yellow wine, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, water
Procedures:
1. Wash fresh Shiitakes, then remove the stem portion, bleach, ladle out and then keep them aside. (Shiitake stems are nutritious and hence could be reserved.)
2. Chop Shiitake stems, mix them into minced pork, sprinkle with moderate salt, yellow wine, soy sauce, chopped onion and whisk well,
3. Place Shiitakes in a plate with lamella upwards, garnish them with seasoned minced pork using a spoon, then remove the plate into a steamer and allow the process to go for 10-15 minutes on fierce heat.
4. Remove the plate out of steamer, prepare a mixture with dissolved Shiitake soup, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water and starch, finally pour the mixture on top of Shiitakes and sprinkle with a handful of chopped onion. Serve and enjoy.
