Need to prepare:
A handful of Hypsizygus marmoreus
A chunk of tofu
Chopped onion
Condiments: Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar
Cooking steps:
1. Cut tofu into dices and then soak them in salt water for 20-30 minutes. Wash Hypsizygus marmoreus and then break them into individuals.
2. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in tofu dices, Hypsizygus marmoreus and fry on high flame, then sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce, light soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
3. Combine with moderate water and stew till evaporated.
4. Remove the dish into a pottery pot and garnish with a few chopped onion. Enjoy.
