Refreshing recipe: Cold Black fungus with cucumber

Ingredients:
A handful of dried Black fungi
A stick of cucumber
Condiments: Salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, chopped red pepper
Steps:
1. Soak Black fungi in warm water, then rinse, remove the stem part and finally bleach in boiling water.
2. In a bowl, combine with chopped red pepper, a pinch of sugar and salt, moderate vinegar, light soy sauce and whisk well.
3. Shred cucumber and then cut it into segments, pour the prepared sauce on top and mix well, then let it sit for 10 minutes or so till tasty.
