Need to prepare:
A handful of White beech mushrooms
A red, green and yellow pepper
Chopped onion
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine
Steps:
1. Wash White beech mushrooms, break them into stripes.
2. Wash red, green and yellow pepper, then cut them into slices.
3. Heat the skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with White beech mushrooms, red, green and yellow pepper slices and fry on fierce flame.
5. Season the dish with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce, cooking wine in accordance with personal preference. Serve and enjoy.
