Ingredients:
A handful of Chinese cabbages and dried Shiitakes.
6-10 Shrimp meats
Onion segments and minced ginger
Starch, pepper powder, oil, salt, cooking wine and aginomoto
Cooking method:
1. Wash Chinese cabbages, soak dried Shiitakes ahead of time, then remove the bottom portion and cut them into slices.
2. Pickle shrimp meats for minutes with moderate cooking wine, salt and pepper powder.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, then drop in onion segments, minced ginger and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with shrimp meats, Chinese cabbage, Shiitake slices and fry on high flame.
5. Season with a dash of salt and sugar, finally thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Enjoy.
