According to related statistics, in first half of 2017, 56 batches of mushroom weighting 837.7 tons were exported from Nanchong City, Sichuan Province of China with year-on-year growth of 457.29%, which reveals a new highlight for export of the city.
It is understood that mushrooms produced in Nanchong City are mostly exported to Vietnam, during the process of production management, the city has carried out the supervision mode of inspection and quarantine in full process, strengthened safety quality check-on regarding raw materials, production, processing, packaging, storage, transportation and other links. Mushroom enterprises enhanced self-control ability, quality safety level has been therefore promoted, product traceability system has been built up, full-process quality management system has been improved while product quality has been effectively elevated.
