Ingredients:
A celery
A handful of Black fungi
Auxiliary ingredients:
Minced onion
Garlic slices
Salt, oil, sugar
Steps:
1. Soak Black fungi in warm water, then remove the bottom portion.
2. Wash the celery and then cut it into segments.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in garlic slices, minced onion and fry till fragrant, then combine with celery segments, Black fungus clumps and fry on high flame for 10 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and sugar. Enjoy.
