Harvest of Black fungi is fervent in Inner Mongolia

Recently, there has been a busy scene in Black fungus base of Guangyi Village, Inner Mongolia, dozens of women labor force are deftly doing the picking work.
According to know, the base is equipped with grid drip irrigation facility and it absorbs bio-clean room and drying field. 
“Black fungi produced here are tender in flavor and abundant in nutrition as well as winning desirable marketing situation. Guangyi Village situates in mountain area where is endowed with suitable temperature, superior water quality and is the ideal place for Black fungus cultivation,” said the principal of the base, going on that Black fungi began to fruit from the middle of June and they have entered into peak fruiting period from July and it totally lasts for 80 days or so. Besides, 9-13 times of picking could be done for each batch of strain. After being dried, the market price could reach 60-100 CNY per kg.
