Need to prepare:
1 Broccoli
1-2 Pleurotus nebrodensis
Condiments: Oyster sauce, abalone juice, oil, salt
Steps:
1. Wash Pleurotus nebrodensis and then cut them into slices. Wash the broccoli, break it into chunks and then bleach.
2. Prepare a sauce: In a bowl, combine with 3 tsp of abalone juice, 1 tsp of oyster sauce and 2 tsp of water and whisk well.
3. In a vessel, blend Pleurotus nebrodensis slices with the sauce, then remove the vessel into a steamer, maintain for 10 minutes and remove it out.
4. In a skillet, drop in steamed Pleurotus nebrodensis and sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce.
5. Combine with broccoli chunks and cook for another 2-3 minutes or so (You could also place them in the plate for garnish). Serve.
