Yunnan Province: Daily transaction volume of Matsutake reaches over hundred tons

At present, it is the plentiful marketing season of Matsutake in Yunnan Province of China, daily transaction volume of superior Matsutake reaches over hundred tons, the average price has been dropped down to 300 CNY per kg and Matsutakes are not only sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other large cities in China, but also are exported to markets in Euramerican, Japan and South Korea.
Now, Yunnan Province is the biggest province for export of fresh Matsutake in China, it not only occupies leading share of domestic market, but also accounts for 70% of national gross output in regard to export and 40% of Japanese import volume. Fresh Matsutake has become the representative product of export brand in Yunnan Province of China.
