Ingredients:
A handful of spinaches, root discarded and segmented
3 Shiitakes, soaked, stem removed and roughly sliced
An egg, beaten and seasoned
Condiments: Salt, sugar, soup stock, oil
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake slices, spinach segments and fry till fragrant.
2. Combine with 2 bowls of water, bring into a boil and then cook for 15 minutes or so on gentle heat.
3. Season the nutritious soup with a dash of salt and sugar.
