Ingredients:
2 packages of Hypsizygus marmoreus
50g bacon slices
30g red and green pepper
5g onion, ginger and garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, olive oil, sesame oil
Steps:
1. Rinse green and red pepper, then cut them into slices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Hypsizygus marmoreus, bleach and then drain off excessive moisture.
3. Heat the skillet, dump with moderate olive oil, then drop in onion, ginger and garlic slices and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with bacon slices, red and green pepper slices and fry on fierce flame.
5. Finally let Hypsizygus marmoreus join in, season with moderate oyster sauce and salt. Before serving, sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil.
