Mushroom industry leads flourishing development trend

For years, Beibei District, Chongqing City, Sichuan Province of China has been vigorously promoting rare-mushroom industry and it has taken shape so far. By the end of 2020, the anticipated annual output could reach 100,000 tons.
According to know, in Beibei District, the present mushroom products include King oyster mushroom, Drumstick mushroom, Ganoderma, Agrocybe cylindracea, Pleurotus cornucopiae, Agaricus blazei murill and other 20 varieties, the district holds over 550 households that engage in mushroom cultivation, annual output on fresh mushroom totals 8000 tons, accounting for One-eighth of gross output in Chongqing City, besides, output value also obtained 50 million CNY, mushroom industry has apparently become one of agricultural pillar industries that manifest large cultivation scale, high output, numerous varieties, superior quality, powerful scientific strength and wide sales network.
