Ingredients:
240g Straw mushrooms
A handful of Shiitakes
A corn
Steps:
1. Wash Straw mushrooms and Shiitakes, then respectively cut them into slices and chunks.
2. Heat the skillet, dump with a spoon of oil, when hot, drop in Straw mushroom slices, Shiitake chunks and fry on high flame, then combine with two bowls of water and bring it into a boil.
3. Finally season with a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
