Ingredients: Black fungi, Coprinus comatus, shrimp meats, celery, carrot
Condiments: Soy sauce, oyster sauce, oil, salt, garlic sauce
Cooking procedures:
1. Wash Black fungi and then soak them in warm water for 20 minutes along with shrimp meats.
2. Wash the celery, carrot and Coprinus comatus, then roughly dice.
3. Heat the skillet, add garlic sauce, drop in shrimp meat and fry till golden yellow.
4. Combine with Black fungus pieces, Coprinus comatus dices, carrot dices and celery dices, season with a spoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, jointly braise for 5 minutes and then serve.
