Exquisite combination: Shiitake soup with Enoki mushroom and medlar

Ingredients:
A handful of Shiitakes and Enoki mushrooms
A few medlars
Condiments: Salt, soy sauce
Steps:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushrooms, then rinse and break them into clumps.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes, then rinse and cut them into chunks.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake chunks and fry for 3 minutes or so. Then pour in three bowls of water and bring into a boil.
4. Combine with Enoki mushroom clumps, go on for 20 minutes.
5. Lightly season with a pinch of salt, drizzle with a few drops of soy sauce if desired. Serve and enjoy.
