Cold Black fungus with Enoki mushroom and broccoli

Ingredients: 
A handful of Black fungi and Enoki mushrooms,
A broccoli and carrot
Minced garlic
Condiments: Oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken powder
Steps: 
1. Soak dried Black fungi in warm water for 20 minutes, then rinse, remove the stem, tear them into clumps and then set them aside.
2. Cut broccoli into chunks, soak them in saline water for 15 minutes, then rinse and set them aside.
3. Wash carrot and then cut it into slices.
4. In a bowl, combine with moderate soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, salt, chicken powder and whisk well into a sauce.
5. In a skillet, dump with moderate water, then sprinkle with a dash of salt, oil and bring it into a boil.
6. Bleach broccoli chunks, Black fungus clumps and carrot slices for 2 minutes or so, then ladle them out and soak in cold boiled water.
7. In a smaller container, combine with all ingredients, pour the prepared sauce on top and then fully whisk well. Serve and enjoy.
